In Excel spreadsheets you sometimes only want certain columns and rows to print. To set the RANGE (block) of information that will be printed, use the menus FILE > PAGE SETUP > [SHEET].
In the PRINT AREA - click the icon at the far right of the field. This will bring you to the spreadsheet. You can then HIGHLIGHT the area to print out.
If you need column headings to be printed on every page, you can click on the ROWS TO REPEAT AT TOP icon and highlight the rows that need to be on every sheet. Similarly - if you need
a left-hand column to print on every page (for example, column A) - you can click on the COLUMNS TO REPEAT AT LEFT icon and select the columns you need.
