To control how many pages the spreadsheet spans, you can specify a maximum number of pages WIDE and maximum number of pages TALL the printout can be.

This can be found by going too the menus FILE > PAGE SETUP > [PAGE] and entering information into the SCALING section.

Alternatively, you can specify how much smaller or larger than normal the output is by adjusting the SCALING to a % of Normal Size.
