This endowed scholarship fund was established by Charles & Carolyn Mowbray, long-time Janesville residents who believe in higher education here at UW-Rock County. Restrictions:
Full-time student residing in Southern Wisconsin with preference to students living in Rock or Green County
One scholarship to be awarded to a first-year student and one scholarship awarded to a second-year student
Written acknowledgement of receipt of scholarship from the receipt of the scholarship from the recipient to the donors
"B" or better high school GPA or "B" or better GPA while attending UW-Rock County.

Must be enrolled at UW-Rock County and registered for a minimum of six credits. Continuing UW-Rock County students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
