This 12-session, non-credit course is offered through the Office of Continuing Education.
Enjoy an hour of slow movement designed to gently stretch and strengthen muscles, while relaxing mind and spirit. Soothe and reduce the stiffness and stress of daily life with basic yoga poses and breathing techniques. This non-competitive class taught by Mary Chapman is designed for everybody, regardless of fitness level. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
