Technical Contacts

Problems arise. It's a fact of life. This page will guide you as far as who you should contact when problems arise. This way you can get your problem addressed as quickly as possible and more thoroughly find a solution than otherwise.

If your network username and/or password does not work:

Contact Barb Palmer at barb.palmer@uwc.edu

Her office is across the hall from the Main Computer Lab in Williams Hall.

If your PRISM username and/or password does not work:

Contact Steve Ullrick at steve.ullrick@uwc.edu

OR

Connie Hutchinson at connie.hutchinson@uwc.edu

Both work in the Student Services department in the Hyatt Smith building.

If your Blackboard or Desire2Learn passwords do not work:

Contact Patricia Fellows at patricia.fellows@uwc.edu

OR

Judy Konkel at judy.konkel@uwc.edu and he will forward the message.

His office is directly to the left of the office behind the Circulation Desk in the Library.

If your computer is malfunctioning:
