Have you misplaced your PRISM information?

Have you forgotten your password or login for PRISM?

No Problem!

There's a way to look it up.

Go to https://help.uwc.edu/account/

All you'll need is your name, your birthday and your Social Security #.

And you'll have your PRISM information soon enough!

Don't know how the PRISM log-in is formatted?

Here's how it's derived:

User ID -

The 1st four letters of your last name followed by the 1st letter of your first name, and then, the last four numbers of your ISO (from your Student ID) number counting in from the right while dropping the first number. (Example shown below for clarification)

Password (initially) -

The 1st two letters of your first name followed by the 1st two letters of your last name, and then, the same number that is used in your User ID above.

In this example

The User ID will be as follows:

DESIR3209 (notice that the 5 is dropped from the ISO number)

The Password (initially) would be:

DERO3209

*For security reasons, it is strongly recommended that you change your password to something different after you log in to PRISM for the first time (and of course remember what you changed it to).
