Campus Computing / Tech Support

Located in Lower Allen Hall, the UW-Rock County Information Technology and Instructional Technology departments can service all campus technology-related needs.  The Information Technology (IT) department is dedicated to keeping campus network resources highly available and supporting faculty and staff network-related equipment.  The Instructional Technology (ITS) department works hand-in-hand with instructors to orchestrate classroom technology designs and implementation.  ITS also manages exam proctoring and all distance education classes on campus.

Where in "IT" should I go for my problem?

Visit the Service Center if you have issues with any of the following:

  • Setting up e-mail on mobile phone
  • Webpage issues not related to Internet connectivity
  • D2L Support
