UW-Madison Connections

UW-Madison Connections

UW-Madison educates thousands of the state's citizens every year by admitting some of the best and brightest students from throughout Wisconsin. Unfortunately, UW-Madison cannot accommodate all of the academically strong students who apply for admission. Now there is a program called UW-Madison Connections for Wisconsin residents to start at one of the 13 UW Colleges freshman/sophomore campuses and finish a bachelor's degree at UW-Madison. Students who are invited and choose to participate in this unique program are dually admitted to UW-Madison and a UW Colleges campus like UW-Rock County. The students enroll as freshmen at UW-Rock County and simultaneously receive most new freshmen privileges at UW-Madison. Upon completion of the Connections Program, the students enroll at UW-Madison as juniors to continue studies toward a bachelor's degree.
