Summer 2015 Courses

Open enrollment for the University of Wisconsin-Rock County’s summer session starts March 2. UW-Rock County students, students attending other colleges who are in the area for the summer, high school students wanting to get a jump on their college education and new students can take summer session courses to quickly earn easily transferrable college credits.

Two summer sessions will be held. During the first session from May 26 to June 12, students may take Introduction to Sociology and Biology of Human Sexuality and Reproduction.

The second session, held June 15-July 31, will include the following courses: Survey of Astronomy; Anatomy and Physiology; Introduction to Public Speaking; Gender and Communication; Economics-Macro; College Writing and Critical Reading; College Writing, Reading and Research; Special Topics in Interdisciplinary Studies: The Atomic Bomb; Elementary Algebra; Introduction to College Algebra; College Algebra; and History of Rock and Roll.

Continuing Education

If you are interested in signing up for online courses please note that UW Colleges Online’s registration deadline is earlier than the campus deadline, and the payment policy is different than the campus payment policy.
